Accessibility statement

Hillkoff intends the data on this site to be accessible to everyone, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard only, or with limited vision.

Conformance target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA · The Thai version is the operative text.

Measures in place

Text contrast: All body text clears 4.5:1 and large headings clear 3:1, verified by measuring the colours the browser actually computes on every page.
Keyboard operation: Every control is keyboard reachable, the focus ring is clearly visible, and a skip link to the main content is the first tab stop.
Semantic structure: Each page has exactly one level-one heading, uses header, main and footer landmarks, and gives tables scoped column headers.
Colour is not the only signal: Statuses and map layers carry text or shape cues as well as colour.
Reduced motion: When the operating system requests reduced motion, the site suppresses all transitions and animation.
Small screens: Usable from 390 pixels wide, with no page-level horizontal scrolling; wide data tables scroll inside their own container.

Known limitations

The interactive map is the hardest part of this site to use with a screen reader, because spatial data is communicated visually. For that reason every record shown on the map is also present as text in the table below it, and if the map fails to load the table and summary figures remain fully usable.

The origin database table has many columns and therefore scrolls horizontally on small screens. We keep that scrolling inside the table container so it does not affect reading the rest of the page.
