This site publishes origin, traceability and aggregate sustainability data that has been approved for release. It is provided to support provenance verification. It is not an offer to sell, a commercial commitment, or a warranty of any particular product characteristic.

You may read, cite and reuse the data on this site to support provenance verification or internal reporting within your organisation. Please attribute it to Hillkoff Responsible Sourcing and record the date you retrieved it, since the dataset changes with approval status.

Farmer personal data appearing here must not be used for any purpose other than provenance verification. In particular, it must not be used for direct commercial contact, compiled into a dataset for resale, or combined with other sources to identify individuals further.

Do not use automated tooling to retrieve data at a rate that degrades the service, or to circumvent the constraints declared in robots.txt. If you need the dataset for processing, contact us for a suitable file instead — the origin table also offers a CSV export.

We prepare this data carefully from the same database used internally, but spatial and satellite data carry limitations arising from how they are captured. In particular, hotspot data is satellite thermal detection and is not confirmation that burning occurred inside a plot. See methodology and sources.
